Today's quote is from a truly excellent (and wonderfully unexpected Death, Sex & Money Podcast episode called The Cookie That Ended Jeff Garlin's Sobriety. I guess I was expecting him to be gruff, or like some of the characters he plays on the screen - and he was nothing like that at all. He was truly genuine, with bursts of the most joyful, loud laughter after long pauses. And honesty, lots of honesty. I just loved it, especially today's quote, which is his advice to host Anna Sale at the end of the interview.
I am glad to be landed at 'home' - at least the Madison version, with Charlie puff-sleep-breathing on the floor below me.
