Good morning Twelvetide Drabblers,

Deep, deep gratitude to all who participated as writers, artists, and donors in the 6th annual Twelvetide Drabbles challenge. We ended the challenge on a tumultuous day this year, between the beautiful Democratic win in Georgia (goodbye Mitch McConnell!) and the violent white supremacist insurrection -- aided and abetted by Republican lawmakers, including the President -- at the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C. I hope that this email finds all of you safe in body and hanging in there in spirit as we struggle to build a more just future. Know that in creating for this challenge, and pledging and donating, you are doing something to make that future a reality.

This year we had 17 creators who collectively contributed 184 works, in 31 fandoms as well as original works, that in total raised $1,472 for the Partnership for Inclusive Disaster Strategies.Thank you to everyone who helped to make our fourth fundraising challenge such a phenomenal, record-breaking success!

Particular thanks to our authors:
Burning_Up_A_Sun, Candace, Crowgirl, ElectraRhodes, elizajane, Foxjar, Fierceawakening, gutterandthestars, kabutler, Ken Butler, Perfectworry, purplehaze, Regina Dyton, roguefaerie, Smackofjellyfish, Stephen D. Sullivanand Anoymous.

I am still working to get the last Google Form submissions into the collection today, but soon all of the works will be posted to the collection at Archive of Our Own where they will live permanently.

...and to our donors: Ama, Ami, Candace, Crowgirl & Elizajane, E., Katie, Kira, Marcie, Meg, rebecca, Sarah, and Smackofjellyfish.

You took our record-breaking total number of works and turned it into an astounding amount of money raised for the Partnership. Thank you for supporting their work in ensuring that disaster response leaves no one behind. I will be emailing each of you separately later today to confirm your donation total and thank you for your generosity.

Finally...
